Yoga forms the cornerstone of my work and has been an integral part of “Sunny Soul” since I started my own business. For me, body, mind and soul are closely connected and for a holistic well-being, the healing of each individual is important.
Through my mum, who has been teaching yoga for over 15 years, this great treasure came into my life very early and I was very lucky to grow up with plenty of spiritual and loving input. For me, yoga is more than just a physical exercise. It is a way of life and has given me significant values and insights. Such as respect for all life. Animals and our environment have always been very close to my heart. My spiritual practice therefore also includes a vegan diet. Most of all, however, yoga has helped me develop as a person, and I would like to pass this treasure on to you. Turning my love of yoga into a profession was an intuitive decision of the heart and I have been teaching with great passion ever since.
For me, yoga is healing on all levels. Yoga heals physically as well as mentally and emotionally. I teach a very relaxed, calm style of yoga with meditative elements. Conscious, slow movements in connection with the breath allow you to come to a deep rest. Through yoga you become more concentrated and centred. Your movements become more mindful and you develop an intimate relationship with your body.
You have the option of booking personal yoga classes, where we can cater to your individual needs and abilities. Or you can take part in one of the group classes, which take place in the mornings and evenings throughout the week.

Prevention
